BRGR: The Burger Project

After our last exam this semester, my friend and I decided to indulge ourselves with gigantic burgers! BRGR: The Burger Project is not your typical burger joint. It serves customized burgers by allowing you to choose everything from the buns, meat, veggies to the sauce. They also have designer burgers in their menu, some of which are the Sloppiest Joe, Bleu Buffalo and Western Bacon Melt. Sides and milkshakes are also served.

To order, a checklist is given to you, where you can see all of your options. You also name your burger masterpiece and get a chance to be featured as the burger of the month. We also ordered blueberry milkshake, banana foster milkshake and animal fries.

Here are our creations:

RAWR! Burger: 100% Angus beef double patty, potato bun, bleu cheese, Canadian bacon, caramelized onions, onion strings, bacon, egg, lettuce, tomatoes, special burger sauce

Burger ni Liit: 100% Angus beef, sesame bun, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, sauteed mixed mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, ranch sauce
