Westwood

On one Maginhawa trip, we came across a quiet and neat store dressed with fresh ensembles and a cozy urban feel. The store has a monochromatic palette with dashes of greens. We wanted to try the food because we were intrigued by both the place and the menu, which serves a healthy meals inspired by dishes from Korea, Japan, Philippines and America.

Water is served in an Erlenmeyer flask. How cool is that? The food tastes great and the vegetables were no doubt the freshest. The chicken in the teriyaki dish was cooked to perfection and its sauce is in the right amount. The sushirrito was good and the taste of kimchi is very much distinguishable. The only downside of the sushirrito was that the rice and the nori was somewhat rubbery.
